Collaborative Professional Practice Survey

The BC Collaborative Roster Society is on a mission to help make the Collaborative process more transparent and accessible.  We plan to achieve this goal by conducting a survey to gather and analyze data about the cost and success rates of Collaborative cases in BC, and across Canada. 

This survey is for Collaborative professionals to fill out, upon completion or termination of a Collaborative file.
