GENERAL COMMENTS

I practice exclusively in the area of divorce and family law as a Parenting Coordinator, Arbitrator, Family Law Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. I am committed to helping my clients transition through divorce/separation in an amicable and non-adversarial way. I have extensive experience with complicated property and support issues, as well as drafting complicated marriage and cohabitation agreements, and drafting parenting plans that are child focused and creative. My approach is child centered and facilitates the wellbeing of the entire family unit. I am the President of the BC Collaborative Roster Society; I sit on the board of the BC Parenting Coordinator Roster Society; and I am Chair of the Steering Committee for the Family Law Organizer.
