I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors) with a Masters degree in Counselling. I have completed advanced training in Collaborative Divorce Coaching. I also have a background as a lawyer, and as a registered nurse working primarily in the field of psychiatry. I bring a broad range of experience to my counselling practice, particularly in the area of life transitions. In addition to my general counselling practice, I work with separated and divorcing individuals and couples as part of the team within the Collaborative Divorce Process. I also work with individuals and couples who are who are contemplating what to do about a troubled relationship or pursuing separation and divorce through mediation or litigation My goal is to provide emotional support, guidance and to individuals and couples as they transition through one of the most difficult time in their lives. This includes finding a new way to parent or co-parent the children of the marriage in a way that puts the well-being of the children at the forefront, as well as how to move forward as individuals in a healthy way.
