Chantal Cattermole is a partner with Clark Wilson LLP, where she is co-chair of the Family Law group. She is a certified family mediator, arbitrator, parenting coordinator, and collaborative professional. For over a decade, Chantal has helped families navigate complex family issues such as cohabitation and marriage agreements, separation agreements and divorce, parenting and surrogacy agreements, as well as multi-generational estate planning. Clients appreciate Chantal’s ability to demystify the legal process, walk them through next steps, and help them to understand all of their options so they can make their best decision.
